Cancellation Policy

Photography Booking Policy Thank you for choosing my photography services. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please take a moment to review the booking policy outlined below. Booking & Payment: All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Payment must be done minimum a day prior to the scheduled shoot. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled shoot. Requests made after this period will not be accommodated and will result in a forfeiture of your session fee. This policy is in place to respect the time and preparation invested in your session and to allow adequate notice for rebooking other clients. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Arriving late may shorten the time available for your shoot and could impact the final results. Sessions that start late due to client tardiness will end at the originally scheduled time. Weather Conditions: For outdoor sessions, minor weather conditions will not necessarily result in rescheduling. In the event of severe weather that would significantly affect the quality of the session, I will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. Image Delivery: Final edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 2–3 weeks of the shoot date, unless otherwise stated.
